At IBM, I worked in database reliability engineering. Through TEKsystems, I later supported Apple’s Wallet, Payments, and Commerce infrastructure, connecting incident analysis with practical improvements.
Shaboobala is where that professional experience meets my curiosity: AI, cybersecurity, and the occasional Dungeons & Dragons adventure.
